Mini Cheesecakes

These are Mini turtle Cheesecakes. They have a chocolate crust, layer of caramel, pecans, then a layer of chocolate cheesecake, with whipped cream topping and a toasted pecan.

Birthday Cake

This is an 8in round white cake with strawberry filling and whipped icing. 

Chocolate....

These are chocolate pretzels dipped in chocolate and rolled in coconut and peanuts. Yummy =)

German Chocolate

This is a german chocolate cake. It has 3 layers of cake, with ganache and coconut fillings. The icing is made from coconut, pecan, and lots of butter and sugar =)

Strawberry Cake

This was a strawberry cake with cream cheese filling and pink buttercream icing.

Pumpkin Cheesecake

This is a pumpkin cheesecake. Since it was for a birthday, I added sugar cookie letters to spell out Happy Birthday. It has a  pecan crust which is a delicious twist to the yummy pumpkin cheesecake.
